Westline Living specializes in men’s sweaters. Our collection is designed to bring together comfort, durability, and timeless style that fits seamlessly into your everyday wardrobe.

2. Do you ship outside the United States?
No. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. There are no extra charges at checkout.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the sweater is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide instructions.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few more days for the funds to appear in your account.

8. Can I exchange my sweater for another size or style?
Yes. If you’d like a different size or style, simply contact us within the 30-day return window and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
