Refund policy

At Westline Living, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your men’s sweater, we’ve made the return and refund process simple and worry-free.

30-Day Return Policy
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your sweater must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with tags still attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@westline-living.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the status of your return by email.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll also receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please reach out to us within the 30-day return window, and we’ll be glad to help you with the process.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
